When you submit an RFQ or distributor application, we collect the contact, company, product and shipping information you provide, plus the landing page and UTM source details included with the submission.
Purpose
We use this information to evaluate and reply to your request, coordinate product and export discussions, and keep a record of the request. Uploaded files are retained with the request for this purpose.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with relevant internal staff and production or logistics partners where necessary to evaluate the requested project. We do not sell submission information. Retention periods depend on commercial and legal needs.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your submission information by contacting the business email shown in our reply. We may retain information where needed for legal obligations or to resolve a request.
